At American Express Beauty, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your beauty products, you can return them within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unused or gently used products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number to monitor the status of your refund.
